Heydm operates only on accounts that are connected with user authorization.

2. User Authorization

By connecting your Instagram or supported account:

You grant permission for Heydm to:

• Access account profile data

• Read incoming messages

• Send replies configured by you

We never initiate conversations independently and never send unsolicited messages.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Heydm for:

• Spam messaging

• Harassment or abusive communication

• Illegal promotions

• Violating platform policies (Meta / Instagram policies)

Violation may result in suspension of access.

4. Platform Compliance

Heydm operates in accordance with Meta Platform Terms.

Users are responsible for ensuring their usage also complies with platform rules.
We are not responsible for account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms due to user behavior.

5. Data & Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We process data only to provide service functionality and never sell user data.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary downtime may occur due to:

• Platform API changes

• Maintenance

• Network issues

7. Limitation of Liability

HEYDM TECH shall not be liable for:

• Platform bans or restrictions

• Business losses

• Indirect or consequential damages

The service is provided “as-is”.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated

• Abuse detected

• Required by law or platform provider

Users may stop using the service anytime by disconnecting their account.
